One of two species in the Betta Dimidiata Complex.

IUCN Red List: Vulnerable (This species is threatened and one step from being endangered)

This betta is found in West Kalimantan area of Indonesia. They have a dark gray/brown body with long flowing fins. You can see a translucent blue on the edges of it’s fin and more pronounced on the anal fin. This betta appears to be very peaceful and can be kept in groups. We have seen the males flare at each other but no real damage is done.
